Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with FOBS. We appreciate your support and want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with an exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us at roscoejohnson68@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue.
